WELM organizes employee tourism activities and promotes corporate culture construction
In order to enrich the staff’s amateur cultural life and stimulate the enthusiasm and motivation of the employees, WELM organizes a tourism event every August and September. In September 2012, the company’s trade unions and the General Manager’s Office jointly planned and organized the “Hangzhou and Wuzhen three-day tour” activities for all employees. The tourism activity was carried out in four batches and was a complete success. This tourism activity not only promotes the communication between employees in various departments, but also reflects the company’s care for employees. Allow employees to relax in the stressful work and fully enjoy the beautiful natural scenery.
