President Zhou Jingcheng explained to all employees the development of WELM for more than ten years
On August 18th, 2011, Mr. Zhou Jingcheng, President of WELM, explained to the whole staff the development of the company’s plant construction, sales and management system in the newly built employee activity center, in terms of quality, technology and personnel.
